Disaster! is a comedic jukebox musical that spoofs the popular disaster film genre of the 1970s, such as The Poseidon Adventure and Earthquake. Created by Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick, the show is set in 1979 Manhattan on the opening night of “The Barracuda,” New York City’s first floating casino and discothèque.
