While most programs are taped in the CCX Create TV studio, we also film some on location. The Producers' goal is to make great music available to a larger audience than many musicians would normally reach. Simple country boy Billy Whittaker (Jackie Moran) must deal with the arrival of Kenneth Hale (Bradley Metcalfe), the arrogant, snobbish son of an old friend of Billy's dad. Kenneth looks down on Billy's homespun ways, though he does have eyes for Billy's girlfriend, Pige (Marcia Mae Jones).
